Appointment Request at Hill's Auto Repair

I've only used them for a few months, but so far it's been great. I wouldn't say they're cheap and I wouldn't say they're overpriced. Price seems pretty fair and high value. They certainly are trying to be good at customer service and good at quality of work. They can work on my commercial trucks. And I will continue to use them. It's hard to find a service that you trust and think tells you what needs money spent on it and where money doesn't need to be spent. I feel that way about these guys.

Reggie gave me a call to update the needs of my car and the cost. So along with tires alignment and back brakes we felt the work was completed in a timely manner.

I dropped my mustang off for an alignment after purchasing new tires elsewhere. My mustang had been involved in a deer collision before I bought it and the previous owner did all the repairs including some suspension parts. Wasn't fully faithful in the previous owners abilities. So dropped it off to a shop I had heard good things about for an alignment. What is super refreshing and the reason for 5 stars, is INTEGRITY. Very refreshing. They could have charged me for a full alignment, but instead only charged me for an alignment check as it was spot on the numbers. I would never had known, easy money. But INTEGRITY won. For this simple reason, they have earned my future business. The price was absolutely fair, and I trust they will do what they say they are gonna do.

As a relatively new customer to Hills all I can say is that my interactions and exchanges with them along with their level of detail handing my auto repairs has been nothing but top notch. Great folks doing quality work at a reasonable price! You can’t ask for anything more.
